We were originally tasked with importing this bar structure from Germany, but due to time constraints we ended up producing the entire project in the United States. We worked with the design firm Machine Histories and Stratasys to develop the intricate construction system to assemble the 30,000 custom-printed parts. The nylon 3D strut and node design was printed and assembled over a three-week period and then transported in custom crating to the site where they were assembled.
