MD Catering: Pandemic Response Food Program

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we ran a food distribution program that served the most vulnerable in New York; delivering 5,000 frozen meals, packaged daily, across the city for a total of 1 Million meals. We set up a food distribution center with 70 drivers, refrigeration containers for 30,000 meals and daily routing by our dispatchers and operations team.
